LOCATION

HOTEL LOFTS
12 beautifully appointed loft apartments have been designed as part of the hotel inventory. With private spa plunge pool and sun deck, loft apartments will demand the highest hotel daily rates and rental returns.
All Loft Apartments will be handed over to their future owners fully equipped and furnished. Buyers will be entitled to use their apartment for 3 weeks a year, the remaining weeks being allocated to a hotel operation pool, allowing buyers to earn a porportion of the hotel revenue.
DUPLEX APARTMENTS
32 Three and Four Bedroom Duplex apartments range from 120m2 to 306m2. The standard duplex is 120m2 has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and no private pool. The premium duplexes range from 3-4 bedrooms and have either a private garden pool or roof top swimming pool. All duplex apartments benifit from uninterrupted sea views.
PENTHOUSES
Penthouses are located on 310 at The Point.Each building on 310 @ The Point consists of two or three properties per building – 2 duplexes and 1 penthouse, or 1 duplex and one penthouse. Penthouses are 198m2 in total (69m2 Internal), have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms,and a roof top deck with private pool. There are only five penthouses available in the resort.
VILLAS
For families who require the luxury of a five star resort, yet the privacy of their own home, 14 luxury villas have been carefully conceived.
