The elegantly styled lounge of this three-storey luxury villa opens onto a spacious balcony equipped with sun loungers on which to relax and work on a good tan. The exquisite view of the nearby Camps Bay Strip available from this lofty perch adds to the already laid-back atmosphere that pervades this indulgent holiday home. The lounge has under-floor heating beneath its stylish tiles to warm the occasional chilly night, lavishly comfortable couches and a well-stocked bookcase for readers to enjoy. A wine manual and visitor’s guide to Cape Town provide vital information, and the adjoining dining room has the same spectacular views as the lounge.
Villa C has a modest, well-kept communal swimming pool surrounded by shrubbery that offers a fair amount of privacy, and the complex employs a caretaker who is on hand at all times to take care of any problems that may arise.
All three bedrooms have built-in cupboards, and the master bedroom also boasts a luxurious double bed and magnificent ocean view. Its smart en-suite has marble countertops and heated towel rails, as well as a bath and separate shower. The second and third bedrooms have twin and double beds respectively and the second bedroom boasts amazing ocean views.
The luxury villa has a guest toilet and family bathroom, and the kitchen is superbly finished with light wood cupboards. It comes fully-loaded with all the mod-cons necessary to entertain and cook up a holiday feast, including a dishwasher and even dish towels, not to mention yet another stunning ocean view, which makes spending time in the kitchen a pleasure.
The entire third floor is a superb entertainment area with a second fully-equipped kitchen, including a washing machine and tumble dryer. It opens onto a private balcony with a Webber braai, outdoor furniture and an utterly amazing sea view. The perfect place to relax and stretch out on a deck chair with a glass of excellent wine from a world-renowned local winery and watch the unfolding glory of one of Cape Town’s famous sunsets with a few good friends and a great deal of cheer.
