All 5 bedroom villas at Aegean Hills, are split into 3 levels: the top level, which is where you would spend most of your time has beautiful modern and large living room, with "glass walls" to the front, to the left and right hand side. These have been designed to ensure maximum views of the sea and maximum day light into the villa. These "glass walls" are in essence sliding doors which open up to three outside areas. Each outside space has a different orientation so you can enjoy the sun at different times of the day: whether you wish to read a book outside in the shade, tan by the sun, or simply have a barbecue and sundowners watching the sunset. On this floor you also have your kitchen with natural stone solid work tops and breakfast bar.
The lower floor hasthe master bedroom, with onsuite bathroom and walk in wardrobe, as well as the other 2 bedrooms. The flooring is natural travetine throughout, which is high quality, fresh, cooling and easy to maintain. RENTING YOUR VILLA
We have partnered up with the leading rental management company in Bodrum to offer you the best service and hassle-free rental experience. Rental yields are estimated to be 7% to 10% per annum. 2008 summer has been th first rental season for Aegean Hills, with owners experiencing stagering 100% occupancy in June, July, August and with a couple of weeks already booked up for September. We expect occupancy levels to remain high due to the quality of villas and the service we offer with the rental management. Services include but are not limited to:

This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa, is located in the beautiful town of Yalikavac in Bodrum, known as the St. Tropez of Turkey. Here, superb restaurants and boutique shops cater for every taste and the new marina promises to boost the region’s reputation as a first class international sailing destination. Flights are available directly from more than 14 airports in the UK. Once you arrive in Bodrum airport, Yalikavac is only 45km from Bodrum airport, and it is one of the major tourism destinations in Bodrum, with visitors from all over the world. Yalikavac is also where the Turkish jet set have a second home. Once at home, you can enjoy the beautiful sunset by the pool or go for a round of tennis. If the day is still young, why not go for a swim in the pool, or take a 10 minute drive to the nearby village Gumusluk, where you can enjoy typical Turksih markets and restaurants on the beach front. The town of Yalikavac is also vibrant and relaxing, with lovely restaurants, marinas and beaches for all types of taste. If you are looking for something more trendy, we have ensured that every Aegean Hills villa owner has access to Xuma Beach Club, where you have access to private beaches, restaurants and health centre.
